During 2013, window replacement was part of a $50-million historic renovation and conversion from office to residential space of this 25-story, 279,770 square-foot Center City building. Built in 1929, the Art Deco treasure is listed on both the National Register of Historic Places and the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places. Each of the 1,283 windows was replaced to match the original design, as required to maintain the historic façade.
